International development professional from the Dominican Republic, with a deep passion for education, youth empowerment, and data-driven policy — and a firm belief that the most meaningful work begins from scratch.
I thrive in spaces where creativity is not just welcomed, but needed. Give me a blank page, an unbuilt system, or an unsolved problem, and I will give you my best work. Building from zero is not a challenge for me — it’s where I come alive.
My experience spans multilateral organizations and nonprofits across the United States and Latin America and the Caribbean. I’ve learned to navigate complex institutional environments while staying grounded in the communities they’re meant to serve. I’ve also worked in the nonprofit space, supporting STEM students facing financial barriers and co-developing public-facing content on Latin American education policy.
I hold a Master’s in International Educational Development from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Political Science and BS in Psychology from Tulane University. I’m currently completing an MS in Data Analytics and Program Evaluation at the University of Miami, building expertise to bring evidence to decisions that matter. I’ve also published academic work on comprehensive sexuality education and presented comparative evaluation research for USAID and CIES.
When I first encountered Pazsos, it felt less like a professional opportunity and more like a calling. There is something rare and powerful about an organization that leads with purpose, and the chance to work alongside a mission built on those principles fills me with genuine excitement.
