GOUVERNANCE
The supreme authority of PAZSOS is the Members General Meeting, which meets at least once a year. Membership is defined in the Sustainable Peace charter. In day-to-day operations, PAZSOS is directed by a Board of Directors composed of General Direction and three Branches (Administration, Development and Research, and Communications and Public Relations). Various coordinators, aimed to reinforce the coherence between Development, Dissemination, and Project Officers, Assistants, Consultants, and Operation and Accounting Services, complete the team.
The supreme authority of PAZSOS is the Members General Meeting (MGM), which meets at least one a year. Membership is defined in the by-laws of the corporation. PAZSOS is governed by an Executive Committee composed by the General Direction, three Deputy Directors (Research and Development; Administration and Finances; Communication and Public Relations) and four coordinations (Content and Programmatic Convergences; Transversal Lines of Action; Facilitation of Creative and Participative Dynamics; Integrated Services).
